Kalsum A Choudhry is an author, illustrator, architectural designer, speaker, Honoree Attendee & a guest speaker at the Sharjah International Book conference. An acclaimed and gifted author
of Pakistani descent whose work captivated the hearts of people globally. Her multi-national award winning children's book 18 stories Hope , Joy , & Endless...Faith has received prestigious recognition in the literary world which has been translated in Arabic as well. Awards recognizing her literary work and impact include the Nautilus Book Award, Purple Dragonfly Award, Excellence Book Award, International Impact Book Award, Finalist for American Writing Award & Author of the year Hollywood Award by IIBA. The genre of some of these awards includes: inspirational reading, excellence in children literature, children christian motivational stories, 4th to 7th grade positive literature, and uplifting reading for adults. Besides being an author, Mrs. Choudhry is a thoughtful advocate & speaker who helps women and mothers see life after any loss. On various national & international platforms she offers her workshops for mural painting, positive & uplifting poetry or story writing, speaking platforms, and panel discussions as part of her charity projects. The cover of her book is also an image of a wall mural she painted in a local daycare as one of her charitable works. Her book is also an all proceeds charity in loving memory of her son to support children, orphans, provide food, shelter, health and education. Through her leadership and dedication to bring hope and healing Mrs. Choudhry views her projects as a way to help others emotionally & economically. She beautifully blends the art of story telling with moral lessons, while encouraging readers towards faith no matter what religious background they belong to. Her touching anthology and unique ability to write has created a catalyst, inviting readers to delve into their world to find their own unique purpose in life. As a mother & writer and illuminating a path through grief and encouraging resilience, she created a platform which serves as a beacon of hope to many. She has been living in the Midwest region of the USA for more than three decades with her family.
